Guide(Testnet)

Here's a guide on how to use Ordigate to cross-chain BRC20.

1. Setup

1.1 Visit Ordigate and Get your Unisat and MetaMask connected

Users can access the BRC20 Bridge in two ways:

Directly accessing the BRC20 Bridge DApp;

Clicking the "BRC20" link under the Ordigate homepage's "Transfer" section.

1.2 Wallet Setup

Check the address type and network of your Bitcoin wallet, ensure that the address type is Taproot and the network is the testnet.

1.3 Claim test coins from faucet

At the bottom of the BRC20 Bridge page, you can find a link labeled "tBTC faucet." By clicking on this link, you will be redirected to a third-party faucet website where you can claim tBTC testnet coins.

Enter your BTC address(Taproot) and claim tBTC.

Note: The amount of tBTC that can be claimed in a single faucet transaction is limited. Therefore, users may need to claim tBTC multiple times to accumulate a desired amount.

After obtaining tBTC from the faucet, users can click on the "ORGT faucet" located at the bottom of the BRC20 Bridge interface. Sign the transaction and you will Receive ORGT testnet coins.

2. Bridge $orgt

Users need to ensure that the ORGT tokens are in a transferable state before they can utilize the BRC20 Bridge for cross-chain transactions.

3. Receive $orgt

By clicking on the "History" tab, users will be able to access a comprehensive record of their past transactions, including information such as the date and time of the transfer, the token type involved, the source and destination addresses, and the status of each transaction.
