2. Bridge $ferc

Ordigate provides users with the capability to facilitate cross-chain asset bridges between different blockchain networks in a flexible manner. Prior to initiating any bridge transaction on Ordigate, it is necessary to obtain contract approval for each token that intends to interact with a smart contract. To illustrate the complete bridge process, let's consider the transfer of $ferc tokens from the Ethereum network to the Arbitrum network.

2.1 Approve the contract

Before initiating the bridge, you need to approve the contract interaction for the $ferc token. Locate the $ferc token on the Ordigate platform and initiate the approval process. This step allows the contract to interact with your $ferc tokens.
